Octavian Apex is a research and decision-support service. It publishes readings of macro, capital-rotation, energy and crypto conditions, the evidence behind them, and the results of its own rule engine. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and not a portfolio-management service. We are not a licensed financial adviser in any jurisdiction. Decisions you take, and their results, are yours.
Every number on the site — hit rates, returns, engine results — is a measurement of the past under stated conditions. It says nothing reliable about the future. Rules that pass today can fail tomorrow, and the site shows fallen rules on purpose.
You need an account to access member sections. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person. We may suspend accounts that share access, scrape the service or attempt to reverse-engineer its scoring.
New members get 7 days of full access free of charge. A payment card is registered when the trial starts. If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged. If you do not, the first payment is taken the day after the trial ends. One trial per person; we may refuse a trial to an address we believe has had one before.
The regular price is $129 (USD) per month or $1290 (USD) per year. During the private beta, founding members pay $79 per month or $790 per year, locked for 12 months from their first payment; we give at least 30 days’ notice before a price changes. Membership is charged in advance and renewed automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout. You can cancel any time from your account page or by email; access runs to the end of the period already paid.
Because every membership starts with a free trial, payments are not refunded. By registering a card and letting the trial run into a paid period you expressly agree that the service is delivered immediately and that any statutory right of withdrawal for digital services is waived to the extent the law allows. Where a mandatory consumer right applies regardless, it is unaffected.
The service is provided as is. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it; data feeds we depend on can fail. We may change sections, methods and prices; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
The site, its texts, readings, methods and engine output are ours. You may quote short passages with attribution. You may not redistribute member content or feed it into another service.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the service, including trading losses, data errors or downtime. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the law of Norway. Disputes go to the courts there, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where you live.
